Bravura has been with MNSS for 10 years now and as an Office Manager of 6 UK sites, I can confirm that they are the best cleaning company I have ever dealt with. As part of the initial tender process all those years ago, I was used to the usual sales people that promise the world and you never see them again.
MNSS was different to many others that have come through the door and they really care about the service provided to their clients, but also look after their staff which I think is reflected in the amount of time they have spent with the company. If the standard has ever dropped (very few and far occasions), The Operations Manager investigates and deals with it swiftly.

MNSS has worked at services I have run on behalf of The Salvation Army since 2017 and I have always found them to be professional, punctual, honest and reliable.
