Our Commitment to your Privacy

“Protecting your privacy and rights through our commitment to the General Data Protection Regulation”

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force in the UK on 25th May 2018 through a new Data Protection Act. We are committed to the principles of data security outlined in the GDPR and ensuring our compliance with our data protection obligations.

When the law came into effect a number of changes were required for any organisation or individual processing personal data (a data processor) on behalf of another (the data controller).Where a data processor carries out any processing on behalf of a data controller, the data controller will not comply with the GDPR unless there is a written agreement between the two parties that includes, as a minimum, the specified clauses.

In addition, a data controller is only permitted to use data processors that provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to meet the requirements of the GDPR and protect the rights of the data subject.

As an employee of MN Support Services Limited, you may carry out processing activities on our behalf as part of your terms and conditions with MN Support Services.

In the event you wish practice your rights to erasure of your Personal Data please contact us and we will ensure this will be actioned accordingly.
